1. Nature of Our Service
VitalSpares is an online marketplace and directory that connects customers with independent auto parts dealers ("Vendors"). We act only as a platform to list and promote Vendor offerings and to facilitate communication between Users and Vendors.
- We do not sell or ship products.
- We do not process payments or handle transactions between a User and a Vendor.
- All pricing, payment, delivery, warranty, returns, and refunds are determined and executed by the Vendor unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. User Responsibilities
When using VitalSpares you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information and product requirements when contacting a Vendor.
- Communicate directly with the Vendor to confirm product details, price, payment methods and delivery arrangements.
- Resolve any dispute, return, or refund directly with the Vendor.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listed on VitalSpares are independent businesses. Each Vendor is solely responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate product listings and prices.
- Handling payments, taxes (as applicable), delivery, returns, refunds, and warranties.
- Complying with local laws and consumer protection regulations.
VitalSpares may remove or suspend Vendor listings that violate our policies, but we do not guarantee resolution of disputes between Users and Vendors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VitalSpares is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from transactions between Users and Vendors, including but not limited to:
- Product defects, inaccuracies, or misrepresentation.
- Delivery delays or non-delivery.
- Payment disputes or fraudulent transactions.
All transactions take place solely between the User and the Vendor.
5. Account & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
