Return Policy - Vitalspares

1. Scope & Purpose

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products advertised via VitalSpares. Because we are not the seller, VitalSpares cannot accept returns or issue refunds — the Vendor is responsible.

2. How Returns & Refunds Work

  1. Contact the Vendor directly using the contact details provided on the listing or the confirmation message you received.
  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. The Vendor will respond with their return instructions, timeframe, and any shipping requirements.
  4. If the Vendor approves, follow their instructions to return the item. Refunds (if any) are processed by the Vendor according to their policy.

3. Typical Vendor Terms

Vendors may have different policies. Typical conditions may include:

  • Return window (e.g., 7–30 days from delivery)
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping paid by the buyer unless item is defective or wrong
  • Refund processing time (varies by Vendor and payment method)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described:

  • Contact the Vendor immediately and provide photos and order details.
  • The Vendor is responsible for replacement, return shipping, or refund per their policy.
  • If the Vendor is unresponsive, contact VitalSpares at support@vitalspares.com and we will attempt to help forward your concern.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are handled by the Vendor or by the payment provider chosen during checkout. If you have a payment dispute, first contact the Vendor. If unresolved, contact your payment provider or bank to inquire about chargeback options. VitalSpares does not control payment processing.

6. Fraud & Scams

If you suspect fraudulent activity relating to a Vendor, stop communication and notify VitalSpares immediately at support@vitalspares.com. We will investigate and may remove the Vendor listing.

7. Dispute Assistance

While VitalSpares is not a party to the sale, we can attempt to mediate by contacting the Vendor on your behalf. However, we cannot compel a Vendor to accept returns or issue refunds.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use indicates acceptance.
